ICL is a public company whose shares are traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE:ICL).
The majority shareholder of the Company is the Israel Corporation (TASE: ILCO) , a public company controlled by the Ofer Group.
Other significant shareholders are Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan (NYSE: POT) and Capital Research and Management Co., a division of The Capital Group Companies, a US mutual fund management company.
The remainder of the equity is held by institutional investors and the general public.
