“As the Production Manager at Jacareí II, my primary responsibility is ensuring the safety of everyone who works in the plant, so they can return home safely to their families. I also focus on delivering productive and financial results for my unit, always striving for the best for both the company and the people who work with us. I love working with people, and this has helped me build strong relationships over nearly 20 years with the company.

“I am responsible for the financial affairs of ICL Shanghai and insurance for ICL China. My work involves staying organized, proactive, and thoughtful while ensuring harmonious relationships internally with colleagues and externally with stakeholders to maximize the company’s interests.

“I lead the mechanics unit in hot forming maintenance, managing a team of 12 employees and a foreman. Together, we are responsible for maintaining the mechanical equipment in the factory. My role includes ensuring staff safety, planning and prioritizing work, and overseeing improvement teams and optimization projects to boost potash production.
I began my journey at ICL in 2012 as a framer in hot forming maintenance. From day one, I felt welcomed in a company that offered learning, challenges, and growth. Working with supportive managers helped me advance to foreman and eventually to head of the mechanics unit. Now, I enjoy promoting innovation, encouraging ideas, and building strong relationships within my team to foster a sense of belonging and commitment.”


“As a Regional Lead, I develop and implement sales strategies to increase ICL’s presence in Latin America and boost Food Business sales. I ensure my team is aligned with the organization’s objectives, identify new market opportunities, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results. I make my impact by being a facilitator between the client’s and ICL’s goals, bringing a practical vision and aligning internal areas when necessary. Being proactive, leading by example, doing the right thing, staying authentic, and maintaining a good sense of humor are key aspects of how I work.

״In my role, I’m responsible for writing specifications for equipment that cannot be repaired in the workshop at Rotem, as well as overseeing 3D printing and reverse engineering. We restore equipment that is no longer available by scanning and modeling, preparing production drawings, and manufacturing both locally and globally, bringing various pieces of equipment back to life. Through our team’s ability to reproduce equipment that cannot be obtained elsewhere, we open up a world of opportunities, offering cost savings and design freedom. Knowing that I can prevent facility shutdowns and save significant costs is incredibly satisfying and motivates me to continually improve processes.
In my opinion, ICL is the ideal place for engineers. There is freedom to act, trust from management, and many high-quality people to learn from. I don’t know many places that allow a young engineer to jump into the deep end at such an early stage.״


“As the Trade Compliance Counsel for Europe, I ensure ICL’s trade activities comply with all local and international laws, with a focus on Russia sanctions and internal assessments. My role involves regulatory compliance, risk management, legal support, training, and auditing. This role is crucial as non-compliance can lead to severe financial penalties, legal liabilities, and reputational damage. I create awareness about the importance of compliance through emails, Teams meetings, and training sessions. I also ensure our internal processes stay in line with trade sanction laws through continuous monitoring and business updates.

“I am a shaft operator. I am in charge of loading and unloading personnel and material at the Cabanasses mine. Through the skip we reach 680m underground. Through my rigor in the workplace, I provide security to my colleagues who use the skip daily to get up and down the mine.
I have been in the company directly and indirectly for about 15 years and I have always found a good working climate thanks to the good harmony and understanding I have had with my colleagues.”


“As the R&D Team Manager at ICL ADS in Iracemápolis, I lead the development process for new fertilizer products, encourage research into innovative solutions, and coordinate team activities to ensure project success. I make my impact by staying positive and excited about new projects and challenges, and by motivating the team to think outside the box, come up with new ideas, and face the challenges and frustrations that are part of the research process.

“As the HR Manager at the Carondelet Plant, I see myself as the “go to” for any initial questions about an employee’s career well-being, from talent management to benefits. I help guide them to the right place for a solid response. I enjoy connecting with employees before issues arise, as it builds a strong foundation for transparency and helps with smoother resolutions.

“As a chargehand in the underground diesel workshop at ICL UK, I manage the workshop, assist with repairs and maintenance, and handle breakdowns throughout the mine. These can range from something as simple as a flat tyre on a Landcruiser to more serious issues like oil leaks on forklifts and loading shovels. I enjoy the day-to-day challenges of working in a mining environment, whether it’s helping others or ensuring our work meets the highest standards. Our team also often steps in to assist the mechanical infrastructure teams with repairs in areas outside of our regular duties. I believe that creating a positive and safe workplace is key, as a happy environment promotes health and safety.
ICL has allowed me to meet great people from diverse backgrounds, some now close friends. We rely on each other in tough conditions, easing the burden. ICL has also supported my return to education, helping me gain qualifications I wouldn’t have otherwise. I’m now progressing into my 3rd year and looking forward to completing my studies.”


“As a Business Development Manager, I can actively shape ICL’s business strategy. “I represent ICL to our distributors in Central and Southern California and parts of Arizona. My role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, introducing new products to the market, and working with agronomy to train customer sales teams.
I make my impact by working closely with customers, helping them solve problems to grow their business. Recently, I’ve been using PeKacid to clean irrigation filters and pipes, which has been a great solution for many of our clients.
It’s the team and the customers I get to work with every day, along with the excellent products we offer, that make ICL a great place to work.”
